Everything about your account is in Profile. Tap Settings for plan, preferences, privacy, and account options.
What is in Settings
- Plan: Manage subscription (Premium) and Restore purchases.
- Preferences: Study reminder emails, and on iPhone, Haptic feedback.
- Support & legal: Help & support, Privacy policy, and Terms of service.
- Account & data: Clear all chats, Sign out, and Delete account. Guests see Sign in to save your progress and Reset guest data instead of Sign out.
Cookies and ads on the web
The first time you use the web app, a cookie notice offers Accept or Essential only. With Essential only, no third-party ads load. To change your answer later, open Profile and choose Cookie settings. On iPhone, the matching option is Ad privacy choices. Premium members do not see ads.
Delete chats
Delete one chat from your chat history (Delete chat), or every chat with Clear all chats in Settings and then Delete all.
Delete your account
- Open Profile, then Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This deletes your account and the personal cloud data linked to it, as described in our Privacy Policy. It cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app or clearing your browser data removes only what is stored on that device, not your account. If you pay through Apple, cancel that subscription separately in your Apple ID settings.
Privacy requests
To access, correct, or delete your data another way, email thebrainboostsupport@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy Inquiry."
Your answers are private
Chats and study sets are tied to your account and are not shown to other users unless you choose to share them. Read the full details, including how long data is kept, in the Privacy Policy.
